An act to amend the arts and cultural affairs law, in relation to creating the New York state cultural development areas program
To create the New York State arts and cultural development areas program, whose purpose is to provide for the development and support of arts and cultural institutions and the preservation of cultural heritage, including the development and support of ancillary organizations and infrastructure, and the creation of jobs and the encouragement of economic development.
