To amend sections 106.022, 111.15, 119.03, 2743.03, 3701.13, 3701.14, 3707.01, 3707.26, 3715.74, and 4935.03 and to enact sections 101.36, 103.65, 103.651, 107.42, 107.43, 3707.11, 3707.54, 3709.212, and 3709.50 of the Revised Code to establish legislative oversight of certain orders and rules issued by the executive branch, including by establishing the Ohio Health Oversight and Advisory Committee.
To amend sections 4503.10, 4503.12, 4505.101, 4505.103, 4505.104, 4513.601, 4513.602, 4513.603, 4513.61, 4513.611, 5537.04, 5537.07, and 5537.16 and to enact sections 5537.041 and 5537.29 of the Revised Code to expand the authority of the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission regarding evasion of tolls on the Ohio turnpike and disclosure of personal information, and to make changes to the title search conducted after a tow and the mechanisms of notice sent to a towed vehicle’s owner.
To amend section 735.29 and to enact sections 701.101, 701.20, 701.21, 701.22, 701.23, 701.24, 701.25, 701.26, 3745.60, 3745.61, 3745.62, 3745.63, and 3745.64 of the Revised Code to limit the amount municipal corporations can recover from property owners of non-owner-occupied properties for unpaid municipal utility and other service rates and charges and to create an appeals process for improper billing of municipal services.
To amend sections 2923.12, 2923.126, 2923.128, and 2923.16 of the Revised Code to modify the requirement that a concealed handgun licensee must notify a law enforcement officer that the licensee is authorized to carry a concealed handgun and is carrying a concealed handgun when stopped.
To amend sections 311.42, 1547.69, 2923.12, 2923.121, 2923.122, 2923.123, 2923.125, 2923.126, 2923.128, 2923.1210, 2923.1213, and 2923.16 of the Revised Code to generally extend the firearm possession provisions that apply to a concealed handgun licensee to also apply to a person who is age 21 or older and not prohibited by Ohio or federal law from possessing a firearm without need for the person obtaining a license.
To amend section 940.05 and to enact section 5301.71 of the Revised Code to revise the law regarding agricultural leases and soil and water conservation districts.
To amend section 5321.01 and to enact section 5325.01 of the Revised Code to limit local regulation of short-term rental property.
To amend sections 1547.69, 2923.12, 2923.121, 2923.122, 2923.123, 2923.126, 2923.128, 2923.16, and 2953.37 and to enact section 2923.111 of the Revised Code regarding a concealed handgun licensee’s duty to carry the license and notify a law enforcement officer if the licensee is carrying a concealed handgun, and a right of a qualifying adult to carry a concealed handgun in the same manner as if the person was a licensee.
To amend sections 2923.11, 2923.12, 2923.121, 2923.122, 2923.123, 2923.126, and 2923.16 and to enact section 2923.1215 of the Revised Code to provide an opportunity for a concealed handgun licensee or qualified military member to avoid charges for carrying a deadly weapon into a prohibited place if the person leaves upon request and to penalize failure to leave upon request or returning with a firearm.
To amend sections 319.202, 323.131, 5323.01, 5323.02, 5323.03, and 5323.99; to amend, for the purpose of adopting new section numbers as indicated in parentheses, sections 5323.03 (5323.04) and 5323.04 (5323.05); and to enact new section 5323.03 and section 319.542 of the Revised Code to require owners of vacant property to file contact information with the county auditor.
