Regards billing for municipal utility, other services
To amend section 735.29 and to enact sections 701.101, 701.20, 701.21, 701.22, 701.23, 701.24, 701.25, 701.26, 3745.60, 3745.61, 3745.62, 3745.63, and 3745.64 of the Revised Code to limit the amount municipal corporations can recover from property owners of non-owner-occupied properties for unpaid municipal utility and other service rates and charges and to create an appeals process for improper billing of municipal services.
