Revising exclusions from applicability of the Florida Residential Landlord and Tenant Act; providing that the right to attorney fees may not be waived in a lease agreement; providing that attorney fees may not be awarded in a claim for personal injury damages based on a breach of duty of premises maintenance; revising and providing landlord disclosure requirements with respect to security deposits and advance rent; providing examples of conduct for which the landlord may not retaliate, etc.
